JANICE PAGE, CPA, MBA
is a partner in the Manhattan public accounting firm of Ball Baker Leake. The firm services individuals of high-net worth plus professionals and other service-oriented businesses in the US and worldwide; the firm originated in Britain in the 18th century. Ms. Page's time is spent mostly on taxation of individuals, businesses and trusts, divorce planning and litigation, non-profit accounting and auditing, estate planning and designing and installing QuickBooks accounting systems.
Ms. Page has more than 20 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to starting her own practice in 1987, which she merged with Ball Baker Leake in 1999, she held positions as senior accountant in the auditing department of KPMG Peat Marwick, senior accountant in the personal services department of Richard A. Eisner & Co. and Director of Finance of Japan Society, Inc.

Ms. Page has co-led, with a divorce attorney, for the past 12 years, a monthly workshop at NOW on the Legal, Tax and Financial Issues of Divorce. This session, open to all, advises
about one's rights in the divorce process, how to prepare for divorce and the financial and tax issues one must be aware of during the divorce process.

Ms. Page graduated from the Stern Graduate School of Business of New York University with a Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Hunter College of the City University of New York with a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology and Brooklyn College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Theatre.
