Director of Training, Center for Family and Divorce Mediation, New York, NY, and Rockland County, NY,
1982 - Present. Founded with two others a not-for- profit family mediation center offering the full range of mediation services including divorce mediation, custody negotiations, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, estate disputes, and geriatric
planning. Developed a forty hour training program in divorce mediation that is approved by the Academy of Family Mediators. Trained and supervised the Center's mediation staff. Coordination of public relations program including contact with professional organizations and EAP's. Full-time practice specializing in divorce and custody mediation.

1996 - Present . Faculty for the 42 hour basic course in Divorce Mediation and coordinator of the sixty hour, thirty week Supervised Practicum.
Senior Faculty, The Institute for Dispute Resolution of the Seton Hall University School of Law,
1993 - 1996. Faculty for the forty hour training program in divorce mediation, supervising in the sixteen week internship where students mediate using a one-way mirror format.

1970 - Present. Trained senior executives in management skills and conflict resolution. Developed with three others the Leader Action Inventory, a widely used instrument that gives managers feedback on how they are perceived by their peers and subordinates.
