NICHOLAS A. GABRIELE
is a 1983 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York
and was admitted to the general practice of law in New York State in August
1983.
Mr. Gabriele is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Suffolk
County Bar Association and is a member of the Family Law and Criminal Law
Sections of each Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Gabriele is a member of the
Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association, and is a past member and Officer of the
Suffolk County Bar Association Academy of Law, the educational branch of the
Suffolk County Bar Association.
Though Mr. Gabriele's practice involves a heavy concentration in matrimonial and
family law, he has almost 19 years experience in diversified areas of the law
including criminal defense, the purchase and sale of residential homes,
adoptions and assorted civil litigation matters ranging from collection of debts
through the prosecution/defense of contract matters.
